SHIPPING

If you want the goods to be delivered to an address different than the one used for registration, you can change it in the "order preview" page click on "change shipment information".

The ordered products will be delivered within 7 working days if in stock. We will do our best for you to receive the products within this term, but we can not be held responsible for any damage resulting from any delay.

When products will be delivered you will receive an email confirmation.

 

RETURNED GOODS

CarmediaStore recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by law which provides that one who buys goods for purposes different than their professional activity (which does not show VAT) has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation or penalties.
So if you want to return the products in order to exercise this right, you can do it within 10 (ten) working days sending us a written communication by fax +39 011-9019436 or sending an e-mail to servizioclienti@carmediastore.com .
The products shipment to the sender is under your responsibility.
Once we receive the goods and control the same good condition we will refund the price of the goods for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal, returning the amount on your credit card, bank account or Paypal account (you'll reiceive no refound for shipment cost)
